Madness characters' hands are not circles. They have small, semi-realistic, 3-fingered little hands. But not just circles.
Oh, and thanks for caring about Newgrounds' 20'th anniversary. I wouldn't even know about it without this news post. Hm, makes me think - what should I do? Probably team up with some animator again to make a game..
The colours look dazzling so far. The kind of 'high up' lunar feel reminds me of that Genki Rockets piece you did. Pulled off the celebratory mood nicely with this one: you should really consider illustrating for children's books and stuff.
The Super Meat Boy hot-air balloon is ace, haha! Probably the most eye-catching part for me.
