I…need more proof of this than a Twitter post. Correlation does not equal causation, and all that. It is definitely surprisingly hard to design a funny character without making them look like a cock.

I mean, literally every artist in the replies to that was straight up told that it was a good foundational shape to draw animals from.
And someone posted a picture of a sitting dog, which straight up looked phallic.
Nobody's gonna insert explicit reference to that in a game designed to be rated E of course, but literally any artist will tell you that yes, that's absolutely the case.
