I like the core idea behind this piece. Sounds like something mystical.... except, it would be if the voices themselves were expressive and toned down a bit!
This is a Chant for the Leaf, right? Imagine leaves. Imagine dew. Leaves are gentle, they rustle in the winds, and they are fragile in that they can come off easily. Dew trickles unseen and unheard, until we see it in the early hours of the day. Now translate this to music: the voices would be gentle, and well mixed.
It sounds like you've used synthetic voices for this too. Soundfonts? Regardless, each note is at the same volume... a big no-no for composers. No worries, I made this mistake in the past too. There should be a way for you to adjust individual note volumes, and it'd look like a series of bars or summat like that. Use it to your advantage.
This piece could benefit from some real voices from the vocalists here. It could be intoned like plainchant -- simple, soothing, and passionate. Or someone could pull an Akiko Shikata and make it sound like the Ar Tonelico openings. (Seriously, go listen to them on YouTube if you haven't done so already.)
Right now, it sounds forced, bland.... and needs a lot more expression. I'm dying to hear what this piece would sound like with a top-notch mix...
